The Awesome Fire Fighters that came to our School.

On Friday the 22 of October The Fire Fighter's came to my school. They taught us heaps of stuff about fire safety. One of the Fire Fighters read us a story it was about a little girl her name was Sophie she was in her bed and the fire alarm went on so she got up out of her bed and went under her bed to go out the window but there was a big cloud of smoke so she went over to the door and closed it and she went over to the window and went out the window and she went to the mail box to wait for her parents to come out and when her parent came out her dad called the fire fighters and the fire fighters went to their house and got the hose and melt the fire down. They also had a video to show us in the video there was a candle next to the curtain and the window was opened so the wind was blowing the curtain and the curtain kept on going near the candle and the fire on the candle kept on going bigger and bigger and the curtain got on fire and the fire burned the curtains and the whole room was filled with smoke and the house burnt down. My favorite part was when we got to squirt the water out of the hose well it was kind of like playing to me but it wasn't fair because the teachers got the big part but it was cooler than ours and then it was time to say good bye and they went.
